The license, in one paragraph

When you buy a digital product here (a skill, or an Agent in a Box release), the files are yours to use and adapt inside your own business, on any machine, for as long as you like. Deploying our systems for clients as a service requires the Certified Agent Builder credential and license. Reselling, republishing, or redistributing the files, in whole or in part, is the one thing the license never allows.

Refunds

These are digital products, delivered in full within minutes of purchase, so there are no refunds. What stands behind your purchase instead is the support below and, on Agent in a Box releases, the 90-day fix warranty. Nothing here overrides consumer rights that apply by law where you live.

The 90-day fix warranty (Agent in a Box)

If something in an Agent in a Box release does not work as documented within 90 days of purchase, we fix it. The agent ships with its own checkup and repair skills and diagnoses common problems itself; anything it cannot repair, you raise by email and a human works it with you until it runs right. The warranty covers the product working as documented. It does not cover changes third-party AI platforms make on their side, though we do our best to keep up with those too.

What the products are

Digital files, teaching material, and services: skills your agent loads, finished agent systems, and custom builds. They run on third-party AI platforms you subscribe to separately, and those platforms bill you directly for usage. Platform capabilities change over time, and no product here can control that.

Your responsibility

You own everything your agents produce and everything you ship. Our systems are built to keep a human in charge, and staying in charge is the deal: review the work, approve the briefs, keep the guardrails on. Automation without governance is on you, and everything we sell exists to make governance the easy path.

Disclaimer

The files are provided as they are, tested and documented, with their limits published in the open. We promise honest engineering and honest claims. Results depend on your implementation, your use case, and the platforms you deploy on. Nothing here overrides consumer rights that apply by law where you live.
